“We were looking for great riding with a bit of luxury and good food & wine, and that’s exactly what we found.
Ana was absolutely first class: friendly, funny and hugely knowledgeable. She completely made the ride.
The riding was challenging and exciting, with rocky climbs, frequent canters and exhilarating gallops. The horses were beautifully cared for, friendly and a pleasure to ride.
The hotels were lovely, especially the Posada de San Millán, and the food was outstanding. Every aperitivo and lunch was beautifully prepared in stunning locations. Even after long days in the saddle, the post-ride excursions were well worth joining.
We loved this ride and can’t wait to return for the Wine Ride.”
“The ride was much better than I expected, with far more interesting and demanding riding than I had imagined.”

The biggest surprise was discovering what a beautiful and fascinating place Segovia is to be based. Ana went way beyond expectations, showing us the town and taking us to some wonderful local restaurants.
She was absolutely brilliant, great company, a fantastic host and always encouraging us to get the very best from the ride.”
“Ana was one of the most knowledgeable, charismatic and kind guides I’ve ridden with. Everything was very well organised.”

“We had the most fantastic holiday in Segovia. The horses were great: forward-going, fun, safe and like mountain goats at times. We enjoyed lovely long canters and the routes were so varied and interesting.
Ana is a wonderful guide: great fun, perfect English, full of interesting facts/history and real attention to detail. She is also a whizz at cantering and videoing at the same time! The whole trip was organised perfectly and worked like clockwork, with lovely hotels, restaurants and beautiful aperitif stops. The post-ride activities were equally fabulous.
Travelling as a small private group was worth every penny. Ana really made the ride, she is such a star.
“We want to say thank you so much for one week in heaven.”

“We want to say thank you for one week in heaven. Thank you to the horses, to Jorge, the cook, Clara, and especially to Ana for making it such a wonderful trip. Every day brought something new, from the medieval villages of Sepúlveda and Pedraza to San Frutos, the caves and the incredible wildlife. We saw vultures, deer, storks, wild horses and so much more.
The food was exceptional, from the aperitivos to the lunches and dinners, and every hotel was wonderful. Above all, we felt privileged to experience such beautiful countryside, from fields of lavender and yellow broom to sunshine, rain and endless blue skies.
We don’t want to say goodbye, we simply want to come back and ride with you and your horses again.”
